Alleen Cooper, age 84, of Edgewood, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 8, 2022. She was a homemaker, secretary of her Sunday school class at Calvary Baptist Church and volunteer at Action Ministries. Alleen was active in Simon Kenton Band Boosters, past president of the PTA at Whites Tower Elementary School, Twenhofel Middle School and Simon Kenton High School. She is pre-deceased by her parents Ulys "Red" and Emma Turner, her husband  John Cooper, and her daughter - Deana Martin.

She is survived by her sons - Joe (Paula) Martin and Steve Martin, daughter- Vicki (the late Bob) Edwards, brother- James "Buddy" (Donna) Turner, six grandchildren- Jason, Jeffrey, Jacob, Kelsie, Alex and Aaron, six great-grandchildren, and four step-children- Mark, Shirlee, Kelley and Todd.

Visitation 10 – 12 Noon Monday, August 15, 2022 and Funeral 12 Noon Monday all at Calvary Baptist Church, 3711 Tibbatts Street, Latonia, KY. Entombment  10 am Tuesday at Forest Lawn Mausoleum. Memorials to Action Ministries, 4375 Boron Drive, Covington, KY 41015.
