Billie Jean Baker, 92, of Florence, formerly of Latonia, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Village Care Center in Erlanger. Billie was a homemaker and member of Latonia Baptist Church. She loved to work as a seamstress, working on the uniforms for the Holmes High School Band. She provided a home and a lifetime of care for her autistic son, Scott.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents William and Flora Thacker, her son Scott Baker, her brother Robert (Vicky) Thacker and her sister Alma Jane (Robert) Hughes.

She is survived by two sons Mike and Mark Baker; daughter Daphne Baker; granddaughter Michelle (Christian) Carroll; two great grandchildren Matthew and Nicole Carroll.

Visitation 10 AM till 11:30 AM with funeral service beginning at 11:30AM Monday, June 2, 2025 all at Swindler & Currin Funeral Home, Latonia. Burial will be at Mother of God Cemetery, Latonia.
