Carl D. Philpot, 80, Ryland Heights, passed away February 23, 2024 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. He was a retired system technician for 30 years with Cincinnati Bell. He was pre-deceased by his parents Elmer and Sudie Philpot.  Survived by his wife of 59 years Judy Jacobs Philpot, son- Carl (Doug) Philpot Jr., daughter-Stephanie Wise, brother- Kenneth Philpot, grandson- Cody Wise. Memorials can be made to the charity of your choice.
