Beloved mother and grandmother Genevieve Ginny Portwood Covey, 91, formerly of Covington, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 18th, 2021 at her home in Orlando, Florida. She was a retired PNC Bank account manager and long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church in Latonia. She took great pleasure in caring for her family, reading and watching the birds on the pond behind her home. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Clay E. Covey; her second husband Russ E. Covey and her son Bruce W. Covey.

Survivors include her son Mark D. (Kelly) Covey and granddaughters Sarah E. Covey and Hannah M. Covey.

Graveside service will be held at Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill on Saturday, August 28th, at 2pm.
