Irene Lee Tapp Mormile, age 86, of Covington, passed away on August 9, 2021 at her residence. She was a retired secretary for Ryder/PIE Trucking Company. She had been a member of White Oak Christian Church, an active member of the Shirts and Skirts Square Dancing Club, a Cub Scout den mother, and PTA member at Struble Elementary.

She is pre-deceased by her first husband Thomas Tapp and her second husband Paul Mormile. She is survived by her son- Thomas E.(Laura) Tapp, her daughter- Barbara E. Tapp, her sister- Charlyn (Bob) Logsdon, two grandchildren- Jessica and Jordan Tapp and Paul Mormile's children and grandchildren.
