Jenny Lynne (Mardis) Hadorn was born in Covington KY on April 12th, 1972, and passed away at the age of 54 on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington KY after a five and a half year long battle with cancer. Jenny spent her entire professional life in the insurance industry. Her final work years were spent at Cincinnati Insurance which she absolutely loved. She loved what was called Storm Duty. Driving far away and providing financial relief to tornado or flood victims made her feel like she was making a big difference. On weekends Jenny also spent many years catering events with McHale's Catering where she made many lifelong friends. Jenny was always about giving to others and reaching out to help people. She always was in tune to the needs of people even when people didn't even realize what they needed, she knew and would make it happen. She was all about family. She was always ready to step up and help in any way possible. Jenny grew up in Ryland Heights KY where everyone knew her as Bean. Later, she lived in Erlanger KY for about 37 years.
Jenny loved her cats and dogs that were always a part of her life. Her absence will be felt by many people for years to come.
She was proceeded in death by her son Michael P. Mardis and her father George "Bud" Mardis as well as her loving grandfather Willie P. Minor with whom she was very close.
