Kenneth D. Pennington, 65, of Independence, passed away while surrounded by loved ones on November 22, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood. He was a retired machine operator at Container Port and was recently employed at Ace Hardware. Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Pennington,and brothers Tim and Gary Weinel.

He is survived by his father, Kenneth E. Pennington, siblings Glenn and Lora Pennington, sons KennethDavid II (Tara) and Brandon (Lora) Pennington, as well as grandchildren, Nathan, Brody and Annabelle.

Memorial Service will be held 2PM Monday, December 4, 2023

at SWINDLER & CURRIN FUNERAL HOME, 5245 MADISON PIKE, INDEPENDENCE.
