Lowell Douglas Evans Jr., age 59, of Independence, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He worked as a ramp agent for Delta Airlines. Lowell loved UK sports, attended a Baptist Church, was a hard worker and loved his family. He is survived by his mom Geraldine Evans of Independence, three sons- Chad Evans of Crittenden, Sawyer Evans and Dillon Evans of Independence. One daughter-Jessica Evans of Taylor Mill. His ex-wife Billie Evans of Independence. One sister Sheila Brown of Boone County. Two grandchildren Cayden and Adelynn Evans. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
