Raymond L. Finnell, age 93, of Independence, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood. He was a contractor and entrepreneur. He enjoyed building homes, he started and was the former owner of IN & OUT Market in Independence. He was pre-deceased by his wife Edna, his parents Ben and Lillian Finnell and his brother Jerry. He is survived by his nephew Anthony Finnell and Niece Gina Finnell. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Independence Cemetery
