Ronald D. Halderman, 85 of Taylor Mill, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 6, 2025. He was retired pressman for Deluxe Engraving and then had worked as a limousine driver. Ron was a 1958 graduate of Simon Kenton High School and a 64 year member of the Bradford Lodge #123 F&AM  and Indra Consistory Scottish Rite. He was also a member of Oakridge Baptist Church, and the Sunday Morning Club. Ron was a real Santa Claus, portraying Santa for 25 years.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents Shirley and Mary Gladys Halderman; three brothers Robert, Virgil and William; sister Shirlia Halderman and two nephews Denny and Steve Halderman.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years Bonnie Combs Halderman; four nieces Tammy Dempsey, Sherry Taylor, Debbie Tuttle and Becky Halderman; five nephews Kevin Halderman, Greg Halderman, Mike Combs, Rodney Combs Jr. and Bob Dempsey.

Visitation will be from 3 pm till 6:30 pm with a masonic service beginning at 6:30 pm and the funeral service following at 7 pm Friday, July 11, 2025 all at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 6056 Taylor Mill Rd., Taylor Mill, KY 41015. Burial will be 9:30 am Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
